Apostle B Donald Harris is a seasoned minister with over 29 years of experience in kingdom service. He has served as a youth pastor, church planter, and senior pastor, and currently functions in the apostolic office. In 2008, he founded Dominion Living Ministries, an apostolic work committed to equipping leaders and advancing the Kingdom across borders. He currently provides apostolic oversight to over 40 churches in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Alongside his wife, Dr. Nikki Harris, he has ministered to marriages for over two decades through biblical counseling, mentorship, and pastoral care.
In addition to his ministerial calling, Apostle Harris is a veteran technologist with over 20 years of experience as a software engineer, working with startups to Fortune 100 companies. He is the founder of NotableBIT, a platform that celebrates Black tech excellence and empowers underrepresented communities to explore careers in technology. He is passionate about bridging faith and innovation—raising up leaders who impact both the church and the marketplace.
